The new PyramidG2 Compliance Auditing Module is designed and developed in line with UK Government guidance to support statutory compliance (including the requirements introduced through Awaab’s Law in October 2025) by helping providers manage and record HHSRS risks such as damp, mould, fire safety, excess cold, and other hazards.

In preparation for 2026’s rent changes, our training team will be hosting half day online training courses. Here you will learn how to efficiently calculate and process your annual rent increase in bulk, generate tenant letters and update housing benefit records.

Courses will be available for PyramidG1 and PyramidG2, available at £175 ex VAT per delegate. 

Following the appointment of Director Duncan Clark in August 2024, Muircroft Housing Association began reviewing its data management and service delivery to identify opportunities for future growth. Thorner’s Homes was founded through a bequest of Robert Thorner in 1690. It has been providing almshouse accommodation to women in need in Southampton since 1793. The charity now owns and manages two almshouse sheltered housing type schemes, dedicated single ladies over the age of 55 and in financial need.

Target Housing, a charity and registered social landlord, has been providing stable accommodation and support to vulnerable people for over 30 years. In more recent history, Target Housing invested more than ever to expand the services they provide to complex needs’ clients. Including £30M in 30 properties, procuring a 24/7 hostel in Rotherham and extensions to council allocated support projects. All these are maintained using the Pyramid Housing Management system, which has served Target Housing since 2011.
