Following from our last Complaints Module Focus Group, we're excited to invite you to our followup meeting. This is a great opportunity for you to share your insights with the solutions proposed and help shape the development of our software to address the challenges faced around managing service complaints.

What is a Focus Group & what can you expect?
A focus group is a research-based discussion where participants with shared interests come together to discuss a specific topic. In this session, we will be discussing the new complaints module, and its alignment with CIH and Housing Ombudsman guidelines. Your input will be invaluable in refining the features and functionality of the software.
The meeting will focus solely on service complaints management to ensure a productive and targeted discussion. ASB is due to be discussed in a future group.
Who is it for?
Everyday users who processes service complaints and managers who need to report on complaints statistics.
Meeting goals
The key objectives of this meeting are to:
- Presentation and review of the new complaints specification based on feedback received in the last group, to ensure our software is tailored to real-world challenges.
- Provide an opportunity for customers to influence the design of the complaints module during this design stage.
What do you need to prepare?
To make the session as valuable as possible, we ask that you:
- Review your current processes, including how you collect and report on service complaints cases.
- Identify any challenges you experience, as well as features you would like to see in the software.
This will help us understand your needs and identify solutions we can integrated into the system.
When will it be released?
We don’t currently have a confirmed release date as the timeline depends on the complexity of the features required. We will provide updates on the expected launch date once the final specifications are approved during one of our regular user group meetings.
