What are Tenant SMS forms?

Tenant SMS Forms allow registered providers to deliver digital forms directly to tenants using secure text messaging. PyramidG2’s intelligent forms are web-based, mobile-friendly, and available to tenants 24/7, enabling them to complete survey, requests and provide information quickly without needing to contact your office. Forms can be delivered in several ways, including:

Tenant self-service via SMS. For example, when a tenant texts “Damp” to your organisation, the system automatically sends a Damp & Mould report form.
Manually by housing officers using the PyramidG2 Messenger module.
Automatically via system triggers, such as sending a Repair Satisfaction survey form when a repair job is closed.

With an extensive library of low-cost forms available, Tenant SMS Forms are designed to improve tenant engagement and streamline service delivery. All submitted forms are automatically stored against the tenant’s history within PyramidG2 and documents saved where appropriate (to either SharePoint or Pyramid’s document library), creating a complete and auditable record of every interaction. Examples include:

Damp & Mould Report Form: Automatically raises a works order, captures tenant-provided photos, and stores them against the property record, helping teams respond faster and reduce the risk of missed actions.
Repair Satisfaction Form: Collects real-time feedback following completed repairs, with responses logged against individual jobs to support supplier performance reporting and analysis.
Tenancy Management Forms: Requests such as pet permission applications or tenancy feedback improve communication while eliminating paper-based processes, with all submissions automatically recorded against the tenant record.
