Rent Changes Training
In preparation for 2026's rent changes, our training team will be hosting half day online training courses. Here you will learn how to efficiently calculate and process your annual rent increase in bulk, generate tenant letters and update housing benefit records.
Courses will be available for PyramidG1 and PyramidG2, available at £175 ex VAT per delegate.
In this course you will learn how to:
Process Rent Change
Implementing Rent Changes, including automated rent changes and importing data from Excel.
Generate Mail Merges
Generate mail merge data using OmniPrints and create tenant letters in Word.
Update Housing Benefits
Update housing benefit records via import tools.

Course Summary
The course will take users through the process of producing tenant notification letters and getting rent changes uploaded into Pyramid via a spreadsheet template. Topics include:
- Implementing Rent Changes, including automated rent changes and importing data from Excel
- Creating an OmniPrint for mail merge data
- Exporting OmniPrint data
- Using mail merge options in Word to create letters
- Updating Housing Benefit Assignments via import
Online Format & Invites
All rent changes training will be held online using Microsoft Teams. Invites will be sent out one week before the course to the delegate email(s) you registered with (it is important the information provided in the form is accurate).
When registering your place, you only need to include the delegates who are attending.
Pricing
Courses are available at £175 ex VAT per delegate per session. We recommend a maximum of three delegates for these courses. If you require additional places please contact training@omniledger.co.uk as you may benefit from a dedicated tailored training session instead.
Note that invoices are payable in advance of the course invites being sent.
