What is PyramidG2 Compliance Auditing?
The PyramidG2 Compliance Auditing Module enables social housing providers to record, monitor, and evidence every action taken to identify, assess, and mitigate HHSRS (Housing Health and Safety Rating System) hazards, assessments, surveys and risks. Designed in line with UK Government guidance, the module supports statutory compliance (including the requirements introduced through Awaab’s Law in October 2025) by helping providers manage and record risks such as damp, mould, fire safety, excess cold, and other hazards.
Each case captures full details of the issue from the moment it is raised (including inspection notes, task assignments, target dates, actual completion dates, follow-up actions, and review logs). With everything stored against a centralised record, providers gain complete visibility and control over compliance-related activity across their housing stock.
